We do
Across travel, finance, wellness and education. These represent the professional experience our team members bring to Brand Sarathi — explore any of them directly.
Each works on its own. Together they compound — a fast site makes your ads cheaper, and clean tracking tells us where the next rupee should go.
Fast, secure, SEO-ready sites engineered to turn visitors into enquiries.
Meta and Google campaigns tracked end to end, so spend is accountable to a number.
Identity systems that stay consistent everywhere and earn trust before the first call.
No hourly surprises and no line items that appear halfway through. These are our standard packages — if your project sits outside them, we'll scope it and send a fixed quote.
For startups and small businesses establishing a credible first presence.
A properly built, mobile-ready website that makes you look established and makes it easy to contact you. Everything a new business needs to stop losing enquiries to a competitor with a better site.
For growing businesses that need the site to actively generate enquiries.
Custom design instead of a template, a blog to build search visibility, and full tracking installed — so when you start advertising, you already know which pages convert.
For businesses whose website has to do real operational work.
Built around functionality — bookings, content management, custom features your team runs daily. Conversion and performance optimisation are part of the build, not an upsell afterwards.
A first structured Meta presence, run properly rather than boosted.
Three Meta ad sets built around one clear objective, with the pixel and conversion tracking configured so you can see what the spend returns. The 3% is calculated on your ad budget, which you pay to Meta directly — we never hold it.
For businesses with proven demand, ready to run several objectives at once.
Five campaigns running together — prospecting, remarketing and retention — with weekly optimisation and structured creative testing. A flat fee with no percentage on ad spend, so scaling your budget does not scale our invoice.
For multiple products or markets, or budgets these two do not suit.
Some accounts do not fit a package — several products, several markets, or a budget where a percentage stops making sense. We scope it against what you are actually running and quote a fixed monthly fee before anything starts.
Advertising budget is charged separately. The fees above cover strategy, setup, creative and campaign management only. Your ad spend is paid directly to Meta and Google from your own accounts — we never mark it up, never route it through us, and you keep full visibility of every rupee at all times.
A properly run page for a business that has been posting when it remembers.
One or two platforms handled end to end — planned, designed, written, scheduled and posted. Twelve posts and four reels a month, so the page stays alive without anyone in your team having to think about it on a Sunday night.
For businesses using social to bring in enquiries, not just to exist.
More output, and the parts that actually turn a follower into a lead: replies handled, creatives built for paid as well as organic, and a monthly call about what the numbers are telling us.
A full social team, without the headcount.
Everything we do, run daily rather than weekly, with a named manager who knows the account. For businesses where social is a primary channel and a slow reply is a lost sale.
Brand Sarathi is a multidisciplinary team where each person owns a craft properly rather than covering four of them adequately. When your project needs a developer, a media buyer and a designer in the same conversation, they're already on the same team — and already talking.
The team
01 / 07
Vibhaw BhattWeb Development
Vibhaw leads every build — fast, secure, SEO-ready sites, plus the booking systems and CMS work behind them. He picks the stack the project needs, and explains the trade-offs in business terms.
02 / 07
Roshan SharmaGraphic Designer
Roshan builds brand identities and the systems that keep them consistent — logos, palettes, type hierarchies and templates that hold together across every touchpoint. His strength is translating a business's character into visual decisions that feel deliberate. Clients get design that scales without drifting, so their brand looks the same in year three as it did at launch.
03 / 07
Abhinav BhattDigital Marketing
Abhinav connects SEO, content and campaigns into one strategy. He asks what a click is actually worth before deciding where the budget goes.
04 / 07
KeshavMarketing
Keshav handles audience research, positioning and messaging — shaping offers around how a market talks about its own problems, not around internal jargon.
05 / 07
RoshniGraphic Designer
Roshni designs social creatives, ads and UI graphics built for the scroll, where one readable line beats a crowded layout. Every brief comes back as several directions to test.
06 / 07
KushalVideo Editor
Kushal edits reels and ad creative for one thing: retention. He cuts for the first two seconds, captions for sound-off viewing, and delivers every aspect ratio a campaign needs.

Deepak MauryaPerformance Marketing
Deepak runs Meta and Google campaigns end to end — tracking, audiences, budget pacing, daily optimisation. No campaign of his goes live untracked.

Tell us what you're building. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Book a Call →Plenty of agencies can build you a website. Fewer can tell you, six months later, exactly what it earned.
Website, ads, branding, creative and video under one roof. No coordinating four vendors who each blame the other three when results stall.
Seven specialists — developers, designers, marketers, editors — rather than one generalist stretched across skills they half-know.
Current frameworks, real performance budgets, secure hosting. We build sites that stay fast and maintainable years after launch.
Tracking goes in before launch. Every recommendation we make points to a number, not a hunch about what usually works.
Named point of contact, defined response times, and honest updates when something slips. You will never have to chase us for a status.
We would rather grow with ten businesses for five years than churn through a hundred in one. Our pricing and process are built for that.
Every build is tested across devices and browsers before it ships. We would rather take an extra week than launch something that embarrasses you.
We ask about your margins, your sales process and your capacity before we design anything. The best-looking site is useless if it brings the wrong enquiries.
Nothing here is procedure for its own sake. Every stage exists because skipping it is how projects go wrong.
We start with your business, not your website. Who buys from you, what they compare you against, what a good month looks like in numbers, and where enquiries currently leak. Most of the value in a project is decided here — before anyone opens a design file.
Discovery becomes a plan: what to build, which channels to run, what each rupee is meant to return, and how we'll know it's working. You approve the scope, timeline and success metrics before work begins — so there is no ambiguity about what "done" means.
We design the journey before the pixels — what a visitor sees first, what question it answers, what they're meant to do next. Then we make it look like a company worth trusting. You review real screens, not vague mockups, and we iterate until it's right.
Clean, standards-based code built for speed, security and search visibility. Tested across devices, browsers and connection speeds. Analytics, pixels and conversion tracking are installed during the build — never retrofitted once someone asks where the leads came from.
A checked, deliberate go-live: performance verified, forms tested end to end, redirects mapped, SSL and backups in place, search console configured. We hand over full access to every account and walk your team through managing what they need to.
With a converting site live, campaigns begin. Audiences researched, creatives produced, campaigns structured around a clear objective. We start deliberately, gather real data on what your market responds to, then scale what proves itself.
The phase that separates results from activity. We read the data monthly, cut what underperforms, expand what works, test new creative and refine pages that lose visitors. Compounding small improvements is how cost per lead falls quarter over quarter.
Optimization has no end date. Markets shift, competitors move, platforms change their algorithms. Businesses that treat digital as a project fall behind the ones that treat it as an ongoing practice.
Start with Discovery →If something isn't covered here, ask us on the call — we'd rather over-explain than have you discover it later.
A Basic five-page site typically takes 7–10 working days. Advance projects run 2–3 weeks, and Pro builds with custom functionality, booking systems or CMS work generally take 4–6 weeks.
The single biggest variable is content. If your text, images and product details are ready at kickoff, we hit the shorter end of every range. If content is still being written, that becomes the bottleneck — so we'll flag it early and can help structure it if needed. We give you a phase-by-phase timeline before starting, and tell you as soon as anything is at risk rather than at the deadline.
We handle the full cycle: audience research, campaign structure, creative production, tracking setup, daily monitoring and optimisation. Campaigns run inside your ad accounts, which you own — we're granted access as a partner, and you can revoke it at any time.
Your involvement is deliberately light: an initial strategy session, approval on creative concepts, and a monthly review call. What we do need from you is honest feedback on lead quality. You know which enquiries turned into customers, and that information is what lets us optimise for revenue instead of form fills.
Maintenance covers security updates, regular backups, uptime monitoring, bug fixes, plugin and dependency updates, performance checks and small content changes such as swapping images, updating text or adding a page.
It does not cover redesigns or major new functionality — those are quoted separately as projects. Every package includes a support window (one to three months depending on tier). After that, maintenance is available as an optional monthly plan. It's genuinely optional: if your team can handle updates, we'll train them and hand over the keys.
Website package prices are fixed for the scope described. If your project needs something outside that scope, we quote it before starting — never mid-project as a surprise.
Three things are billed separately and go directly to the provider, not through us: domain registration (roughly ₹800–1,500/year), hosting (varies by requirement), and advertising budget for marketing campaigns. Premium stock photography or licensed fonts, if a project needs them, are also passed through at cost. We never mark up third-party costs.
Payment is typically 50% to begin and 50% on delivery, with milestone-based schedules available on larger projects.
Website projects include two full rounds of revisions at the design stage and one after development. Design packages include two rounds; video editing includes one to three depending on tier.
In practice we're not rigid about it. Revisions exist to make sure the work is right, and we don't count small tweaks against your allowance. What the limit protects against is scope changing direction entirely after approval — redesigning an approved layout from scratch, for instance, is a new piece of work rather than a revision. We'll always tell you which side of that line a request falls on before doing it.
Every website package includes a post-launch support window — one month on Basic, two on Advance, three on Pro — covering bug fixes, adjustments and questions from your team.
You get a named point of contact rather than a ticket queue. Standard queries are answered within one business day; anything breaking a live site is treated as urgent and addressed the same day. Marketing and monthly retainer clients get ongoing support for as long as the engagement runs, including direct WhatsApp access for time-sensitive issues.
Reports go out monthly, with Scale clients getting a live dashboard they can check any time. Every report covers spend, leads generated, cost per lead, conversion rate, top-performing creatives and audiences, website traffic and behaviour, and a plain-language summary of what we changed and why.
We report on what affects your business, not what makes us look good. If a month underperformed, the report says so and explains what we're changing. You also retain direct access to your own ad accounts and analytics throughout — nothing we report is anything you couldn't verify yourself.
Yes. Every site we build ships SEO-ready as standard: clean semantic markup, proper heading structure, optimised meta tags, schema, compressed assets, mobile performance, XML sitemaps and search console setup. Advance and Pro tiers add keyword research, content structure and technical depth.
On timelines, we'll be direct: SEO is a 4–6 month investment before meaningful movement, and 6–12 months for competitive terms. Anyone promising page-one rankings in 30 days is either bidding on your brand name or doing something that will eventually get you penalised.
This is exactly why we usually pair SEO with paid campaigns — ads produce enquiries while organic visibility compounds in the background.
The first conversation is free and there's nothing to sign. Tell us where your business is now and where you want it to be — we'll tell you honestly what it would take, and whether we're the right team to do it.
